Horse Boy Foundation UK exists to bring the healing effects of horses and nature to autism families via the Horse Boy Method, a unique approach to gaining direct communication with children on the autism spectrum using the horse as a colleague.
It was pioneered in the US by autism father Rupert Isaacson and his son Rowan and is now gaining worldwide momentum.

There are four partner centres in the UK offering Horse Boy Camps – a chance for the whole family to immerse themselves in a natural, autism-friendly and non-judgemental environment, for 3-4 days.
As well as providing interactions with horses via Horse Boy Method, families have the time and space to go on an adventure with their children.
We also train people in Horse Boy Method.
CharityHorse Boy Foundation UK is currently operating as a non-profit organisation. We are gearing up to apply for full charitable status, which means we be able to access the funding we need to reach out to families in the UK by subsidising places for low income families on camps, running shorter sessions or ‘playdates’ free of charge and setting up Horse Boy COPS (community outreach projects) where we take horses into the city to work with kids there.
We will also use funding to subsidise the training of people and horses to deliver Horse Boy Method, to establish a UK headquarters, other partner centres and to support research into the method.
